Returns & Damaged Goods Policy

At wholesale.kids, we are committed to providing our wholesale partners with quality products. Please read our policy regarding returns and damaged goods carefully. By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

1. Our "No Returns" Policy (General Terms)

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for unsold merchandise, change of mind, overstock, or any reasons other than those explicitly outlined below (i.e., qualifying damaged or defective items).

This policy allows us to maintain competitive wholesale pricing for all our valued retail partners.

We encourage you to carefully review product details and order quantities before finalizing your purchase.

2. Damaged or Defective Merchandise

We take care in packaging our products; however, damages or manufacturing defects can occasionally occur. If you receive an item that is damaged in transit or has a clear manufacturing defect upon arrival, we will offer a replacement for the exact same item, subject to the following conditions:

  • If the claim is approved, we will process a replacement for the exact same item(s) originally ordered. No substitutions will be permitted.
  • Shipping Costs for Replacements: As per our wholesale terms, the customer (your business) is responsible for all shipping costs associated with sending the replacement item(s). We will provide you with a shipping quote for the replacement, which must be paid before the replacement is dispatched.
    (Developer Note to Client: This is a strict term. Many wholesalers cover replacement shipping for confirmed defects/damages. Please ensure this aligns with your desired customer experience and competitive positioning.)
  • Return of Damaged Item: We may, at our discretion, require the damaged or defective item to be returned to us.
